If you are not completely satisfied with your order, feel free to contact us within 30 days and we will gladly exchange OR return your item for a refund. Please be sure your return is in it’s original, unused condition. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept your return. (shipping costs excluded.)
Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged, discounted items sales are final.
If your goods are defective or damaged, feel free to contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can work to resolve the issue. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for these. Simply send us an email with the following details:
1) Your Order Number.
2) Personal Info: Full Name , Photos (If applicable)
3) A brief description of the issue.
Emails are attended daily, please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
If you need to cancel an order, no problem just let us know as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can refund your payment immediately
Once we issue a refund, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to be returned to its original form of payment.
